LOMA VISTA RESIDENCE
A 21st century interpretation of this original Trousdale (Beverly Hills) mid-century classic structure.
With the goal of seamlessly integrating state-of-the-art high end smart home technologies with classic architectural elements, this estate is a fusion of timeless sharp angles, rich finishes, and natural lighting.
Situated on a half acre with jetliners views it was essential to create an indoor / outdoor flow that would establish a relaxing and artistic environment within which to live.
Premium imported materials such as Patera limestone and African mahogany were juxtaposed against modern elements including Silestone, Bisazza tile and stainless steel.
This house is the perfect entertainer’s estate in its detail, quality, craftsmanship and prestige.
